Feedalto reads it, places the signature, initial, date and text fields for you, and works out which belong to the agent and which belong to the client. Forms from the major form vendors — including the ones with damaged content streams that break other tools — are repaired on upload rather than rejected.

The fields fill themselves in

Brokerage name, license number, commission, property address, listing price and contract dates come from your profile and the deal you are already working. The parts an agent normally retypes on every single agreement are the parts that stop being typed at all.

Signing that holds up
