Get the buyer agency agreement signed before they leave the driveway

Since written buyer agreements became a precondition for showing homes, the agents who win are the ones who can produce, explain and sign one in the moment. Feedalto does that on a phone, from whatever form your brokerage or association already uses.

Start from your form, not ours

Upload the PDF your brokerage or state association requires. Feedalto reads it, places the signature, initial, date and text fields for you, and works out which belong to the agent and which belong to the client. Forms from the major form vendors — including the ones with damaged content streams that break other tools — are repaired on upload rather than rejected.

The fields fill themselves in

Brokerage name, license number, commission, property address, listing price and contract dates come from your profile and the deal you are already working. The parts an agent normally retypes on every single agreement are the parts that stop being typed at all.

Co-buyers and co-signers are collected automatically from showing feedback, so a couple viewing together arrives on the agreement pre-filled rather than as a phone call the next day.

Signing that holds up

Every signature captures IP address, device, timestamp and the consent the signer gave, and the finished document ships with a certificate of completion. Multi-signer and dual-agency envelopes route both sides through the correct rounds in one envelope rather than as two disconnected documents.

Signed agreements are archived, never deleted, so the provenance of an executed contract survives even after an account is closed.

Review before you send

An AI review pass reads the filled agreement, gives you a plain-language summary and flags values that look wrong — a commission in the wrong field, a date that has already passed, a blank that should not be blank. It is a two-minute check against the mistake that costs a commission.

Common questions

Can I use my state association's or brokerage's own form?

Yes — that is the intended way to use it. Upload the PDF once and it becomes a reusable template with fields already placed.

Is the signature legally binding?

Signatures are captured under ESIGN and UETA with a full audit trail — consent, identity, IP, device and timestamps — and each completed document includes a certificate of completion.

Can the buyer sign on their own phone?

Yes. They get a signing link, or they can sign on your device right at the property. A signing session lets several people at an open house sign in turn from one QR.

What happens if the buyer later changes agents?

Feedalto models one current engagement per buyer and versions the disclaimer, so the history stays intact rather than being overwritten.

Everything above works on iPhone, Android and the web, always in sync.
