Request Account & Data Deletion

This page lets you request deletion of your Feedalto account and the personal data associated with it. You can submit a request here whether or not you currently have the app installed.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (name, email address, phone number, business details)
• Your listings, open houses, visitor records, leads, and feedback
• Documents, agreements, and collaboration records tied to your account
• Subscription and billing records, except where we are legally required to retain them

What we may retain, and for how long

After your request is verified, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before being overwritten. We may retain a limited set of records longer where required by law (for example, tax and transaction records) or to prevent fraud and abuse. Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you may be retained. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

We will email the address you provide to verify the request before any data is deleted, so please use the email address registered to your account.
